Activate Insights is an e-training portal covering all major aspects of our products, service and best practice for food grade lubricant use. It provides Activate customers with 24/7 access to takes quick knowledge evaluation exercises or simply refresh their memory on a specific product or application. The videos and evaluation sets are specifically edited to cover each customer’s oil store inventory and factory-floor requirements.
The platform is subscription-based and represents a substantial cost saving when compared to face-to-face site visits. It really is a win-win solution for engineers! Additionally, as part of our incentive to encourage best practice for food safety, UK food industry engineering apprentices can take advantage of free access to the Activate Insights platform.

If, however, you have recently joined your company, or just need a reminder of how to get the best from our high-quality products and systemised approach, this series of videos is available 24/7 for your support.
All new engineers should take our quick Knowledge Evaluation and we recommend that experienced staff retake it once a year to keep this knowledge front-of-mind. On completion of the Evaluation, a certificate is sent to your Compliance Manager for inclusion in your site’s Compliance Folder - another tick in the box for when the auditors visit!
