Foodcare Rackflow is our high performance, fully synthetic food grade grease lubricant, especially suited for bottom cup bearings on rack ovens. Although the applications for this lubricant are numerous, we would recommend this product for application specifically for high temperature applications such as bakeries. With a temperature range 0 to 280 degrees C this food grade grease is perfectly designed for use of cooking equipment. This product is NSF H1 registered.
